Join in sharing your voice! Based on feedback from the 2024 UC ANR Employee@Work Survey, UC ANR is hosting focus groups to give all employees an opportunity to share their experiences and provide input on ways to build a more equitable and inclusive community. The intention is to directly gather your ideas on how we can create a more welcoming environment for everyone. The information shared in these sessions will help ANR leadership identify meaningful ways to strengthen belonging and ensure that every member of our community feels supported. 

Each one-hour focus group session will be held virtually via Zoom during September and October and facilitated by Dr. Angela Song-Ruiter, Sr. Director of UC San Diego Strategic Consulting, Assessment & Analytics (SCAA), with special emphasis on key identity groups who reported lower levels of inclusion in the survey.
