This webinar will discuss a farmer's role in humane handling compliance. The Food and Agriculture Impact Project will release a Farmer's Legal Guide to Humane Handling Requirements to provide a general overview of the humane handlings laws for farmers working with meat and poultry plants and processing animals themselves. This webinar will expand upon the topics in the guide and include compliance tips from industry experts. 

The webinar is hosted by the Food and Agriculture Impact Project and funded and supported by the Southern Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education Program and U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
