Rianna joined the Workplace Inclusion and Belonging unit as a Student Assistant in October 2025 and works to create accessible content for the unit's site. Her background in social science and research informs her drive to help cultivate an inclusive and vibrant community with UC ANR. 

Outside of work, Rianna enjoys creative writing, watching baking shows, and growing her illustration skills. She is currently the Vice President for UC Davis's Aggie Fiction Writing Workshop and Sociology Student Association.
