The San Francisco Bay Water Board has expanded their Grazing Regulatory Program to the Petaluma River watershed. Grazing operations exceeding 100 acres in size are required to enroll in the program by February 15, 2026, and to complete a Ranch Water Quality Plan by February 2027.
