We see every day how your dedication, passion, and care make a lasting difference in the lives of young people across our state. You are the lifeblood of 4-H, guiding, mentoring, and inspiring youth to reach their full potential.

You Inspire Bright Futures

We know that you are much more than helpers—you are mentors, role models, and architects of youth success. Every hour you spend coaching a 4-H project, leading an activity, or simply listening to a young person’s ideas creates a powerful ripple effect. You foster curiosity, encourage creativity, and help youth develop resilience. You make sure that every participant knows they belong, that their voice matters, and that they are capable of achieving greatness.

You Help Youth Become Beyond Ready

We have seen how critical volunteers are in preparing youth for life beyond high school. Because of you, young people explore college and career pathways, strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and build leadership and social intelligence. You empower them to be ready for work, ready for life, and ready to give back to their communities.

We reflect on the immense impact each of you has on youth. We watch as you teach STEM, agriculture, leadership, and health projects, model professionalism, organizational skills, and ethical decision-making. We witness the confidence you help young people build, the skills you help them strengthen, and the kindness you help them practice.
