Join us as the UC Master Gardeners present a beautiful sampling of wildflowers found throughout Amador County.

 

Whether you are an avid wildflower fan or just a casual admirer, there is something for everyone. 

This year the show will be held during the 6^th Annual Poppy Pedal at the City Hall building in Amador City. Stop by before or after the bike ride or visit just to see the flowers. 

 

The goal of the show is to help people see the beauty of our Sierra foothills and why it is important to appreciate and protect this vibrant habitat. Visitors will receive a guide to the top 12 common wildflowers of Amador County and volunteers will be available to answer questions about how to grow a sustainable garden. 

 

This is a free event, no registration required. Wildflowers were collected with care and with permission for the purpose of education. Please practice Leave No Trace etiquette when recreating outdoors.
