Pressure Canner Gauge Testing
Dial-gauge pressure canners should be tested annually to ensure safe and accurate processing. Our county office offer pressure canner gauge testing for dial-gauge models, specifically Presto and older All American canners with a non-removable petcock. Please contact our county office at 559-684-3300, Mon-Fri., 8 am to 5 pm, to schedule a date and time to have your pressure canner gauge tested.
