UC ANR has created a page with some basic AI guidelines (as developed by a UCOP working group on AI), and links to applicable UC laws/policy and the overall AI page by UC. 

It is in the Web section of the Communications Toolkit. Look for “Use of AI” in the Web sub-menu of the left navigation bar. The direct link is https://ucanr.edu/site/communications-toolkit/ai-tools.

Before using an AI tool, UC ANR employees should check to see if it has been reviewed and approved by IT. In some cases, tools must go through additional levels of review (such as by HR or Legal).
