The ANR Building offers meeting and conference rooms for events, trainings, and collaborative work.
Reservation methods vary by room. Review the options below before booking.
Find and Reserve a Room
Valley Conference Center
(Sacramento and San Joaquin Valley Rooms)
Large, flexible spaces for conferences and events.
- Sacramento Valley Room – Capacity 88 (42' x 30')
- San Joaquin Valley Room – Capacity 112 (42' x 39')
- Combined space available - (Both rooms measure 42' x 69')

How to reserve
Submit a reservation request through the Program Support Unit (PSU) online form. Valley Rooms cannot be reserved through Outlook.
Check room availability
To view existing reservations:
- Open your Outlook calendar
- Right-click "Rooms" in the sidebar
- Select "Add Calendar", then From Room List
Add:
ANR-Sacramento Valley Room
ANR-San Joaquin Valley Room
Important
Do not send meeting invitations to Valley Rooms. Reservations must be submitted through the request form.
Other ANR Meeting Rooms
(Reserve in Outlook)
Smaller meeting rooms available to all ANR staff.
- Coast Room – Capacity 16
- Colorado Room – Capacity 6
- Mojave Room – Capacity 6
- Bay Room – Capacity 8
- Sierra Room – Capacity 8
Additional spaces:
- Modoc Room – Capacity 4 (no audiovisual equipment)
- Klamath Work Table
How to reserve
Send a meeting invitation through Outlook to the room you want to book.
Check room availability and book in Outlook
To view availability and reserve a room:
- Open your Outlook calendar
- Right-click "Rooms" in the sidebar
- Select "Add Calendar", then From Room List
- Select the rooms you want to view
- Send a meeting invitation to reserve an available room
Important
These are self-managed reservations. Cancel your meeting if your plans change.
Quiet Rooms
(Drop-in Only)
Quiet Rooms are available without a reservation.
- Seating for 4 to 8 people at 2-5 ft. rectangular tables
- Designed for small group work or quiet meetings
