The Orange County Master Food Preservers are at the Farmers Market to help you preserve your purchases, answer preservation questions(canning, fermentation, dehydration, storage), and guide you to resources (literature, websites, recipes, preparation, methods) necessary to safely preserve!

Seasonal preservation demonstrations will be offered to show you what and how to preserve produce available at the Farmers Market location.
