UC ANR's 2025-2026 Annual Report is now available online and in print. The UC ANR Annual Report showcases major organizational metrics and impacts across UC Cooperative Extension and the Agricultural Experiment Station.

This year’s Annual Report highlights 12 exceptional projects, which were selected from over 400 documented instances of meaningful and specific outcomes across the organization. The examples give a taste of the breadth and depth of work being undertaken by UC ANR academics to improve the well-being of California’s communities, their prosperity and our planet.

This Annual Report was redesigned and delivered earlier this year to meet a wider variety of advocacy and strategic communication uses. The document has already been put to work at UC ANR Day at the Capitol and the statewide Ag Day, which celebrates California agriculture.

“Kudos to all for giving us these impact stories,” said Vice President Glenda Humiston. “These are what capture stakeholders, lay audiences, legislators and policymakers at all levels. They want to know how our work provides direct and tangible benefits.”

Please join us in celebrating and amplifying UC ANR's efforts and impact by sharing the Annual Report via email or social media with friends, the public, policymakers and potential donors. It is posted online on the UC ANR "About Us" page and the direct link is https://link.ucanr.edu/2025annualreport.

Content for the UC ANR Annual Report comes from many sources, including academic reporting through UC ANR’s Project Board and the USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Reporting System as well as data collected from Statewide Programs, Resource Planning and Management, Donor Services, and submissions to UC Delivers

The Program Planning and Evaluation unit collaborated with Strategic Communications and Government Relations to identify projects that had strong outcomes on topics that are critical to California today. The report was designed by Sandi Osterman in Publishing.
