KC is a Project Policy Analyst at NPI, where she supports qualitative research for projects related to school meals, the Child and Adult Care Food Program and WIC. KC's previous professional experience spans program & grant management, community health education and research & evaluation across a variety of food system topics including farmworker health, healthy retail and SNAP-incentive programming. She holds a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and a BS in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from the College of William & Mary.
