Thank you to all that participated in the 2017 UC Master Gardener Conference, and to our committee members and volunteers for making the event possible. The 2017 UC Master Gardener Conference took place Aug. 22 – 25 in Long Beach, Calif. at the Hyatt Regency. This event gathered together volunteers, coordinators, advisors, county directors, specialists and industry leaders from across the country to share stories, research, and the latest in home horticulture.

New session topics, hands-on workshops and speakers were tailored to ensure the conference met attendees’ continuing education and learning needs. The social media photo wall, book signing and conference commemorative pin provided a fun setting for participants to mingle and make memories to take home.
