Description	I'm from the Puget Sound region of Washington State. I've fairly successfully adapted to living in Southern California - the different plants, the drier, warmer weather. But when visiting home last summer, it was great to hike in the rainforest in very moist conditions. The mosses and fungus, the trees everywhere - it all captivated me, much more than when I lived there. Things I took for granted then, were magical now.
