Description Natural Habitat for all Gods creatures. My yard provides the 4-basic elements for wildlife; food, Shelter, water and a place to raise their Young. They all return, year after year because they feel safe.I removed my front lawn in 2005 to plant my collection of cactus and succulents which were crowded and growing poorly next to my driveway. My plants have blossomed and grown over the years. I have added a lot of natives, Mediterranean and down under plants which all seem to thrive together. They bloom at different times of the year and provide food and shelter for all the creatures that visit my yard. I love to sit in the morning and watch the bees arrive to collect nectar and the evening watch the birds catch bugs to return to their nest to feed their young.
