Description	Every summer we have at least one resident mantid in our vegetable garden. During fall garden clean up I usually find an egg case, sometimes two! They are such amazing predators and provide hours of amusement for everyone! Following a program wide call for photos, and two rounds of voting this photo is the third place winner in Creatures in the Garden.
