Description	While on vacation at Kings Beach Tahoe, California my husband and I took a morning walk around the neighborhood. The evening before a light snow had fallen. The air was crisp and cool. We stopped briefly to admire a Jeffrey pine and then noticed a beautiful snow plant that was emerging from the bare dirt along side the road. Sometimes we don't need to do anything to make things grow.
