Call for Titles and Summaries

Call for Titles and Summaries for the 2018 Rice Technical Working Group Conference

Thank you for your interest in submitting a title/summary for the 2018 Rice Technical Working Group Conference. Please read these instructions before completing the form below.

• This form must be completed by October 30. We will notify you if your title was accepted by November 27. Complete abstracts from accepted authors will be due on December 18.
• Please complete this form separately for each title and summary.
• The summary must clearly state the content of the presentation in 50 words or less.
• Your first paper should be an oral presentation. An author is allowed to be on an unlimited number of papers and posters but can only present one or possibly two oral papers, depending upon space.
• Oral presentations will be 15 minutes each plus five minutes for questions. (Student presentations will be 10 minutes with five minutes for questions.) Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, and there will be designated poster viewing times in the conference agenda.
• Please note that this is a research-based scientific conference, and we will not accept titles and summaries that attempt to promote a particular commercial product.
