Save the Date and Call for Suggestions for the 2023 UC Master Gardener Conference

Feb 10, 2023

Come together to learn, network, and be in community at the 2023 UC Master Gardener Conference! The largest UC Master Gardener volunteer event is finally back after a five-year Covid-19 hiatus and is taking place Oct. 2 - 6, 2023 in Tahoe City, Calif.

Join us as UC Master Gardeners, program staff, academics and industry professionals connect and share their projects, stories and expertise. The 2017 conference was along the sunny coastline in beautiful Long Beach, Calif. and this year, we will gather near the snow-capped mountains of Lake Tahoe at the rustic Granlibakken Resort. .

The statewide conference is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for attendees to network with fellow gardening enthusiasts, learn from industry experts and gain valuable insights to enhance their gardening skills. The conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions that will provide a wealth of information for attendees. There will also be time for fun with an awards banquet, photo contest, tours, smores by the campfire, star gazing, and more. We will communicate conference updates via the statewide blog, direct email, and website. Registration and the lodging block will open in spring 2023 to all UC Master Gardener volunteers. (Please note: Due to extremely limited capacity, the conference is not open to the public.)
