The event featured displays, booths, live presentations, computer classes, a tree planting service project, and a team competition. Door prizes were drawn throughout the afternoon.
Three member teams entered into the competition for a chance to win $250 for their school group, organization, or non-profit of their choice. There were two categories for competition: 3rd-8th grade and High School. The competition included different areas of competition to test knowledge on Science, Engineering, and Technology.
All booths had hands-on activities relating to science, engineering, and technology for all ages. You were able to calculate your ecological footprint, be challenged to build a solar powered circuit, investigate our eco system through a microscope, and so much more! Kelly Compost Karaba from the CO-OP will be doing an hour of Kids n' Compost.Kids joined Kelly Compost Karaba from the CO-OP and sang songs, played with food, and built minature compost bins for our decomposing friends. Parents came along for some healthy snacks and hands on play! Parents grew with their child as they made a fertile world and future with compost!

Touch, Smell, Tatse
Little ones had a chance to experience science in the kitchen. Parents watched while they touched, smelled, and tasted to discover and explore all that the kitchen has to offer!
Computer classes were offered by 4-H Computer Corps and were held in the Arts & Crafts Building.
