The event featured:
Interactive booths, still displays, competitive geo-caching, petting zoo, live demonstrations, and a text messaging competition.
Member teams entered into the competition for a chance to win money for their school group, organization, or non-profit of their choice. There were two categories for competition: 3rd-8th grade and High School. The competition included different areas of competition to test knowledge on Science, Engineering, and Technology.
All booths had hands-on activities relating to science, engineering, and technology for all ages. Participants were able to calculate your ecological footprint, be challenged to build a solar powered circuit, investigate our eco system through a microscope, and so much more!
