New Youth Members
Steps to Enroll a New 4-H Youth:
Step 1: Choose a Club.
Choose a Club. Each County Program consists of community clubs, special interest projects, after-school programs and camps.
Contact the club. Contact the Club Leader for the club you are interested in joining to let them know you are signing up. They can give you more information about the club and the types of projects they offer.

Choose your Project(s). Your Club Leader can let you know what projects are open for enrollment in their community club. You can choose the projects and activities that sound interesting to you. Projects by Clubs 2019-2020 4-H YDP year
Step 2: Create a Profile in 4hOnline.
4hOnline is our online system to sign up members and volunteers in 4-H. You will need a family email to log in to 4hOnline.
- All family members are grouped together in one family profile.
- If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian login to submit your medical release forms through the system.
- Please use an email address that you will check regularly. This email will be used to confirm your enrollment and send communications to you.

Step 3: Submit your program fees.
Program fees can be paid online using a credit card or you may pay using cash or a check directly to your Club Leader at a club meeting.
Tulare County 4-H 2020-2021 Youth Member Enrollment Fees are $40 if paid with a credit card online -OR- $38 if paid with cash or check directly to the club.
Step 4: Get activated.
Once the county 4-H office reviews the club's enrollments that have been paid, they will activate your enrollment and you will receive an email from the 4hOnline system, sent to the Family email account listed in 4hOnline that confirms your enrollment status as Active.
Once your membership is active, you can start participating in 4-H events and activities!
