Some of you may or may not know that there is an Online Record Book system in place which enables members and leaders to enter and share information with their fellow club and project members. It is recommended that 4-H members of any age access and use the 4-H Online Record Book if a parent allows.  The program automatically populates the 4-H members record book forms that can be printed for their record book. Adult leaders can also input club and project information and check on member’s activity and accuracy in filling out their online record book.

In order for Youth members to have access to the 4H Online Record Book, a parent must give permission.  Permission is done via the 4-H Online Enrollment Program.  Now that clubs have, for the most part, processed their enrollment, the 4-H Online Enrollment Program has been opened up to allow families to go in and view their information and allow their youth members access to the 4-H Online Record Book.  A four step process guide can be found below.

The 4-H Office will be adding county events and activities to the 4-H Online Record Book as well to enable 4-H members to blog about their attendance, participation or achievements.

If you have any questions or need help logging into the 4-H Online Enrollment Program please contact the 4-H office.
