Adding an Activity

  1. Select the Activity button, next to Photo/Video and Award 
  2. In Event/Activity Type, select General Event/Activity
  3. In Activity Title, type in the name of your activity
  4. In Date, select the date of the activity
  5. In Levels, select the level of your event
  6. In Event Location, put in the location of the event
  7. In Hours, put in the number of hours spent at the event
  8. *Optional*- In Learning Experiences, type in anything you learned at the event or skills gained while at the event
  9. When done with filling out the form, select Add Event to add the activity into your ORB

Log on to the 4H Online Record Book
