Make Changes to How You are Displayed

  • Project Board Users – If you want to change how you appear on the maps, log into Project Board. The updates you make will appear on the maps the following day.
    • To change which program maps you appear on – change your Program Area selections in the Project Board FTE tab: Condition Change FTE module
    • To change the counties you appear in and/or your FTE for any county (for academics with county assignments only) – change your county FTE in the Project Board FTE tab: County FTE module
  • Community Educators – You can make adjustments through the annual condition change FTE survey.
  • ALL – Please Update/Improve Your Title and Add Discipline Information
    • In your UC ANR Portal, visit the "Edit Profile" page (find link in upper left side) and click Personal Information.
      • Title – Should be descriptive. Examples: Small Farms and Specialty Crops Advisor or Cooperative Extension Aquaculture Specialist. UC ANR is moving away from the generic “Farm Advisor” title; please update.
      • Discipline – Select your primary academic Discipline from the drop-down (new in 2021).
