'Joasine Hanet'
Portland, mauve, repeat flowering
This early blooming rose is rare today. The deep rose blooms are tinged with violet, turning almost purple-red, depending on its site in the garden. The heavy, full, quartered blooms, which are 3 inches across and appear in clusters, are strongly scented. This is a vigorous shrub that is quite hardy and disease resistant.
