"What you don't know about the 4-H Shooting Sports Program."

Presented by Russ Hill and Nate Caeton
This presentation will take a deeper dive into the minimum standards established as the ONLY 4-H project that is certified and taught the exact same way across the entirety of the US. Nate and I will share resources, review the process for volunteer certification, discuss competition options, and discuss how staff can fill a critical role as a trained coordinator.
Nate Caeton and Russell Hill are 4-H Advisors, where both previously served as CESs. Having been appointed co-coordinators of the CA 4-H Shooting Sports program, we have sought to improve communication for staff and clientele while providing leadership for a high-quality and extremely safe program.
