In-person registration prices include the following: meals-beginning with dinner on arrival day June 5 and including lunch on departure day June 9, lodging plan, Stanford Sierra Conference Center facilities, and for conference participants includes the field tour.

Guests are not included in the field tour at this time. An alternative tour may be offered in the future for those interested.

The spouse/guest rate and youth rate (over the age of 12) is $500 USD and requires a conference participant with a lodging plan 1.

The child rate (under the age of 12) is $250 USD.

Before going to the registration survey below be sure you have determined your lodging plan choice.

Conference Participant Lodging Plan

Options consist of the following (you must choose ONE):

Plan 1-LR: $1400 USD. Lodge room preferred. These rooms are limited in number-please include a comment if a lodge room is required.  Rooms are located inside of the main lodge with elevator access and some baths are disability compliant.  The room has one or two beds and a private bath. A good option for couples who want their own private bath.

Most of the lodging is in 2-3 bedroom cabins a short walking distance to the conference facilities.  For all cabins, baths are shared with cabin mates.  Cabin bedrooms can be private (Plan 1-C) or shared with other participants (Plan 2).

Plan 1-C: $1400 USD. Lodging in a 2 or 3 bedroom cabin with 1 participant per bedroom (NOT including spouse/partner/guests).  Spouse/partners will assume to be sharing a bedroom with main participant. Bath shared with cabin mates.  Everyone, including couples (participant plus guest) will share bath with cabin mate. Please designate your cabin mate choice or a mate will be assigned to you.

Plan 2: $1200 USD. A more economical option requires sharing a bedroom (separate beds) with a conference participant.  Comparable to double occupancy in a hotel room. Bath is shared with room and cabin mates. Please designate both your roommate choice and your cabin mate choice.  This plan can NOT be used if you are bringing a spouse/guest and/or children.

2. For spouse/guests of conference participants and/or accompanying youth (children over the age of 12)-rate is $500 USD per person.

3. For accompanying children (under the age of 12)-rate is $250 USD per person.

Virtual Conference Option: We encourage everyone to attend in-person which not only helps us meet our venue quota but also provides a better networking-meeting experience.
