Virtual Registration

Subject: Virtual registration option added to 15^th International Christmas Tree Research and Extension Conference

Due to continuing concerns and limitations related to international travel, we have added an option for virtual registration and participation in the 2022 International Christmas Tree Research and Extension Conference, June 5-9, 2022.

We will conduct the Technical Sessions on Monday, June 6, and Wednesday, June 8, as hybrid meetings with in-person and virtual presentations. A Thursday hybrid session may be added, depending on number of abstract submissions. We will use Zoom as a platform for virtual access to the meeting.  Hybrid sessions will be conducted from 8:00-12:00 Pacific Time (PT).

Virtual registration for the CTRE is $100. Technical sessions will be recorded and registrants will receive a link to the recorded presentations.

We have updated the conference registration page and the abstract submission to reflect the addition of the virtual registration option. Please use the survey link below to register as a virtual participant.

Note: the abstract deadline has been extended to April 8 to allow submission of abstracts for virtual presentations.
