Deleting Previously Selected ANR Issues and Knowledge Areas
If you previously specified ANR Issue(s) and Knowledge Area FTE for your plan, you will see your selections under the ANR Issues / Knowledge Areas header.
To delete a Knowledge Area (KA), click the KA link under the respective ANR Issue. Then click the orange Delete button.
Note: If you want to delete the last KA for a given ANR Issue you also will delete the associated ANR Issue. If you have a project/program associated with the given ANR Issue (and you should), then you will need to change the ANR Issue for that project/program or delete that project/program all together.
To delete an ANR issue, you will need to first change the ANR Issue for any project/program that is associated with this ANR Issue or delete that project/program all together.
- Under the Project/Programs header on the Plan overview screen, click the link to the associated project/program to get to that project/program's data entry screen.
- Click the blue "Edit Project" button that follows the project/program title, to change the ANR Issue for the project/program.
- Select a different ANR issue for the given project/program and click the Save Project/Program button.
- Click the Annual Plan Overview link in the side menu bar.
- Under the ANR Issues / Knowledge Areas header, click the Knowledge Area link for the ANR issue you want to delete.
- Click the orange Delete button. When you delete the last KA for the issue, you will also delete the issue.
OR
- On the View Project screen, click the orange Delete Project button that follows the project/program title, to delete the project/program.
- You will then be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the project/program plus all its subordinate information (Clientele Groups and Issue/Background/Rationale.) Click OK.
- Follow the above instructions for deleting Knowledge Areas (KAs). When you delete the last KA for the issue, you will also delete the issue.
