Structure

California EFNEP is administered jointly by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) and the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR). NIFA provides funding and program guidance, while ANR provides expertise in subject matter content and educational methodologies. EFNEP is delivered in the community by UC Cooperative Extension professionals and paraprofessionals.
