Edible Flowers

At the 2011 Master Gardener Conference, I bought a booklet Entitled 'Edible Flowers in Your Garden', published by Master Gardeners in another county.

I got interested in using more flowers in meals and beverages and began to research their culture as well as recipes.

Growing pesticide-free plants is vital if you plan to eat the flowers!  In fact, growing the plants without chemicals of any kind is advisable.

Here I will list a few of the edible plants I grow and use.
