Event Details

The Program: Join us and learn how to care for citrus trees planted in the ground for over three years. We will discuss long-term pruning, care, and Integrated Pest Management. This class also covers more in-depth information regarding care for container and espaliered trees. Types of citrus trees discussed are: Citron, Grapefruit, Kumquat, Limequat, Orangequat, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Orange (Blood Orange, Sour Orange, and Sweet Orange), and Pummelo.

The Speaker: Joe Jennings is a Marin Master Gardener who grows vegetables year-round in his home garden. He graduated from Whitman College and earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
