The Program: Ever wonder what happens to pollinators in the fall and winter months? Do you want to learn about the cultural care requirements of plants in your pollinator garden? Join us to learn the importance of fall clean-up, when to cut back on watering and fertilizing, saving annual seeds, and pruning and dividing perennials.
The Speaker: Anne-Marie Walker, a Master Gardener since 2005, is certified by the University of California as a trainer for both edible and sustainable landscapes. She has co-chaired Farm Day for four years introducing school children to a new vegetable each year, and helped to develop the "Dig it, Grow it, Eat it" program for schools and community gardens. She writes articles on edibles and herbs for UC publications and the Marin IJ. She holds a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from University of San Francisco.
