Let us take the mystery out of making edible olives! Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Joaquin for a morning of instruction, Q & A, and some live demonstrations of different olive curing techniques. Also learn how to safely and effectively use lye to cure your olives. Please register at the link below, space is limited.

Check in begins at 9:30 am. Class begins at 10 am sharp.
Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, CA 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
