Programmatic Agreements
UC ANR is a statewide network of University of California researchers and educators dedicated to the creation, development, and application of knowledge in agricultural, natural, and human resources. Thus, we frequently collaborate with agencies to provide programs and services in the furtherance of our mission. Programmatic Agreements are used to record the terms of agreements reached between the parties and provide a mechanism for the management of those collaborations.
Programmatic Agreements include various agreement types including MOUs, real property agreements, County support agreements, researcher's access agreements, internship agreements, and other miscellaneous agreements including some business contracts. PCPA supports the development and analysis of these types of agreements to provide expertise to the UC ANR community while complying with UC policy and State and Federal laws. If you need help with an agreement of any kind, please contact us.
