Imperial County delegates, Gabrielle Lofton and Preston Hutchinson, had the chance to visit with their legislator during National 4-H Focus in Washington, D.C. Their visit allowed them the opportunity to share with Congressman Bob Filner the positive impacts that 4-H has in the lives of youth everywhere. On February 16, 2011, Congressman Bob Filner announced that he has joined the 4-H Congressional Caucus in an effort to support the 4-H program.
