Each year members from all over the county submit their record books to the County 4-H Office to be judged. Each book is reviewed by a panel of three judges who look for completeness, neatness, creativity, and breadth of involvement in the 4-H program. Members may also choose to be interviewed about their record book and 4-H experience.
