What kind of scholarships does our 4-H program offer?
Our county 4-H program is proud to be able to offer financial support to alumni of our programs. There are two bodies that oversee our county scholarship programs: the San Joaquin County 4-H Foundation and the San Joaquin County 4-H Council. Both programs use the same online application, which is due to the County 4-H Office by April 15th annually. Instructions for the application can be found here.
In addition to our county-level scholarships, there are state-level scholarships that are managed by the State 4-H Office. Our county 4-H staff also gathers information about non-4H scholarships that our members may qualify for; information about these opportunities can be found under "Other Scholarships". To apply for these scholarships please contact the sponsoring organizations.
