Please use this form and DO NOT use the Annual form on the state website or the treasurer's handbook. We require fundraiser information. This report is also automatically generated if you use the "Treasurer's Excel file with math formulas" at the top of this page.
Auditing - (New Form)
Each club must annually audit the treasurer's records. The review team should be composed of two or more people with at least one over 18 years of age. Committee members should not include the treasurer, relative(s) of the treasurer, or anyone who has authority to sign checks. The review team must attach Form 8.5 Peer Review Report and Form 8.6 Peer Review Checklist, found on page 47-48 of the Treasurer's manual. These forms must be submitted with the treasurer's book to the county office (due in August). You can download the form here: Peer Review and Checklist
Clubs must enter their Annual Financial Report into the state 4-H website.
Go to the State 4-H Financial Reporting web page, Choose Stanislaus County find your club on the drop down menu and enter the password (site goes live July 1st). Fill out the fields on the report page, once submitted print a copy and submit it with your treasurer's book.
