Education Sessions 2

This workshop will teach leaders how to better engage with millennials and recent alumni in the 4-H program. We will show leaders how to implement new opportunities for young adults, episodic volunteerism, at the local and higher levels of the 4-H program.This session will give attendees an opportunity to learn how to better utilize the recent alumni population of 4-H. It's a small change to engage this group of alumni but it has big impact to these alumni and to the youth members that they can now mentor.
