This workshop will focus on the findings of the Youth Retention Study. This is a group of 4-H staff from California, Idaho, Wyoming, New Jersey, and Louisiana, focusing on how first-year 4-H members and families describe their experience in the program. This session will review the findings from 3 years of data, and will discuss the implications for our program in retaining youth after their first year in 4-H.
