Salary increases for non-represented career staff

At the direction of President Janet Napolitano, the University is making plans to implement a systemwide salary increase program for policy-covered (non-represented) career staff employees for the 2015-16 fiscal year, interim Vice President Bill Frost announced on July 22.

Effective July 1, 2015, ANR non-represented career staff employees, excluding student employees and academic employees, will receive a three (3) percent across the board salary increase, subject to the exclusions noted in the attached Administrative Guidelines. Please review the Guidelines for further information.

The effective date of the increase for exempt staff employees will be July 1, 2015, and for staff employees on a biweekly pay cycle the effective date of the increase will be June 21, 2015.

“ANR appreciates the many contributions and services provided by our staff in supporting the University's mission and goals,” said Frost. “The implementation of this salary increase plan will help to establish consistent and stable pay practices while also maintaining our competitiveness in attracting and retaining the best talent for the University.”
