Strategic Plan town hall video available

Vice President Glenda Humiston hosted a town hall on Wednesday, Jan. 18, to discuss UC ANR's new five-year Strategic Plan. If you missed the town hall, the hour-long video is posted on YouTube at https://youtu.be/VuGJHHURQkQ.

The strategic plan, which can be viewed at http://ucanr.edu/stratplan1.10.2017, defines 15 goals to enhance UC ANR's research and extension mission, support employees and volunteers, address financial stability, bolster administrative excellence and increase awareness of UC ANR's value. The plan will guide UC ANR activities as we “operationalize” our Strategic Vision 2025.

During the town hall, Humiston and members of the senior leadership team fielded questions from the online and on-site audiences.
