How do you support your colleagues and address problematic behavior? These are not simple questions and there is not just one single correct answer. Through this discussion-driven, scenario-based workshop, you will explore your own barriers to taking action and identify five strategies you could use when moving from being a bystander to being an upstander.

Microaggressions: Toward a Greater Understanding and Awareness (UC Learning Center, Virtual)
