Biography

Scott Mautte has over 25 years of experience in community education, youth development, volunteer development and training. He has a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Performance from Colorado State University, and has served in positions such as Community Education Specialist, Training Specialist, Program Supervisor, and Director of Program Services. Prior to coming to back to CA 4-H, Scott served in the Office of the President as an Assistant Training Manager/Instructional Designer for the Risk & Safety Training COE team.    

Scott loves people and has a deep passion for developing and supporting staff and volunteers. His personal mission is to use his gifts, talents, and strengths to add value to people and organizations. 

In his spare time Scott likes to do some of the following things:

  • Hang out with family and friends while drinking coffee.
  • Reading a book in his home café, while brewing and drinking coffee.
  • Volunteering at various local organizations, while drinking coffee.
  • Writing and geeking out on new technology, while drinking coffee.
