Have you ever struggle with keeping youth engaged in 4-H? Using the Data Party technique, this presentation will go over lessons learned from our multi-state youth retention study looking at first-year members experiences. Participants will walk away will keys ways to implement changes in their club or project that MAY keep kids in the program longer.
