At long last, we now have a simple option in place for you to accept donations using Site Builder. Empower your site to accept ANR gifts within minutes!
The method is simple, all you need to do is add a Donation asset to your site using Site Builder. This asset connects your site directly to specific funds set up on the UC Davis campus donations tool. Once in place, ANR donors are able to make donations online by simply clicking on the "Make a gift" button that appears on your site. Please view samples of these buttons below.
To simplify, a donation Asset has been added to the home page of all county CE site automatically. Site administrators can move the asset to a different location on the page, or move it to a different page entirely. We encourage you to leave the Donation Asset on your home page, preferably at the top, so it is highly visible.
The funds included for online donations are, by and large, general use funds, and where appropriate, other funds that are typically supported by individuals (rather than corporations), such as 4-H and Master Gardener Funds. If your site is connected to a unit with funds, this list will be restricted to those funds. You will also see the custom donation URLs we've created listed directly under the fund name.
