ANR is creating a network of 'flux towers.' (Purposely vague...any details I provide at this point will be wrong)
We've received the equipment and are preparing to distribute out to the RECs. This video is mainly for the REC personnel to give them an idea of what type of equipment we are dealing with.
REC people- don't panic! Nothing is happening yet, this is just to give you a visual on what the equipment looks like.
