Collaboration workshops

Workshop Goal:

SNAMP collaboration training in Oakhurst, CA April 2013
SNAMP collaboration training in Oakhurst, CA April 2013

The goal of these workshops was to help improve communication by building facilitation skills within the many groups involved in collaboration in natural resource management projects. We worked to build a common language to support collaboration, share tools to prevent problems, and demonstrate interventions to support success when problems arise. These workshops were designed to support the building of a common knowledge base through mutual learning and discussion. UC Cooperative Extension developed training modules for all levels of natural resource management staff and stakeholders interested in developing these skills. You can download these modules by visiting: http://snamp.cnr.berkeley.edu/documents/574
